The problem

Ranking in the UAE is not the same problem as ranking in India.

Search in the UAE is split across languages and nationalities. A Dubai buyer may search in English, Arabic or a transliteration of either, and the competition on commercial terms is dominated by well-funded regional players and global OTAs with large content budgets.

Most sites we audit are not losing because of content volume. They are losing on technical basics — pages that never got indexed, duplicate emirate pages competing with each other, slow mobile rendering, and no hreflang on bilingual content.

What you get

What is included

  • Technical audit and fixes

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, canonical logic and redirect chains — found, then actually fixed, because we build sites too.

  • Multi-emirate structure

Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah pages built so they rank separately rather than cannibalising each other.

  • English and Arabic search

Bilingual page structures with correct hreflang, so neither version suppresses the other.

  • Content built on intent

Pages mapped to commercial queries UAE buyers actually use, not keyword volume for its own sake.

  • Google Business Profile

Local pack optimisation, citation consistency and review strategy across each emirate you serve.

  • Reporting

Monthly non-brand organic traffic, rankings, and the enquiries or bookings that came from them.

How it runs

Four steps, in this order.

  1. Step 1

    Free audit

We crawl the site, check Search Console and tell you the three things costing you most. Yours to keep either way.

  2. Step 2

    Fix the technical debt

Indexation, speed and structure first. This is where early movement usually comes from.

  3. Step 3

    Build the pages

Service, emirate and intent pages that give every commercial term something to rank with.

  4. Step 4

    Compound

Content, internal linking and authority, reported monthly against non-brand traffic and leads.

Typical UAE engagement

AED 4,000 – 12,000 / month

Scope depends on site size and competition. Audit-only engagements are fixed-fee. No percentage-of-spend billing, and no minimum contract length.

Questions

Before you enquire

How long before we see results in the UAE market?

Technical fixes on a site with existing authority can move things in four to eight weeks. New content typically takes three to six months to mature. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Google does not sell organic placement and no agency controls the algorithm. We commit to the work, the reporting, and an agreed target for non-brand traffic and qualified leads.

Do you handle Arabic content?

We handle the technical structure, hreflang and strategy for Arabic pages, and work with native Arabic writers for the content itself. We will not pretend machine translation is enough.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. We hand over prioritised technical requirements in a form your developers can act on, and we will review the implementation.

Start with the audit. Decide afterwards.

Send us your site and your current spend. We will come back with what we would change first, what it would take, and what it would cost. The findings are yours either way.
