Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram still move product in India and the UAE. What has changed is that creative, not targeting, is now the lever that decides your cost per result.

How this works

Meta's targeting is largely automated now. Broad audiences plus Advantage+ frequently beat the hand-built interest stacks agencies used to charge for, which means the work has moved to three places: the creative, the signal you send back to Meta, and the structure that stops you paying twice for the same customer.

Most underperforming accounts we audit share the same faults — pixel-only tracking with no Conversions API, a dozen overlapping ad sets competing in the same auction, and one creative that has been running since the campaign launched.

Scope

What is included

  • Account audit

Structure, audience overlap, attribution settings, pixel and Conversions API health, and the search for budget being spent twice.

  • Campaign architecture

Prospecting, retargeting and retention separated properly, with exclusions so your ad sets stop bidding against each other.

  • Advantage+ and broad testing

Advantage+ Shopping and broad-audience campaigns tested honestly against your existing structure, not adopted because they are new.

  • Conversions API

Server-side events alongside the pixel, so iOS and browser restrictions stop quietly eating your reported conversions.

  • Catalogue and dynamic ads

Product feed setup and dynamic retargeting for ecommerce, travel inventory and app catalogues.

  • Creative testing and refresh

Three to five angles per product, tested as variants, with a refresh trigger agreed before fatigue starts raising your cost per result.

Where we do this

Storefronts

Faceted search and filtering, product grids carrying offers and ratings, variant and stock logic, and a cart that survives the journey to payment. Feeds and conversion tracking go live with the store, not six weeks after it.

What we report on

The numbers we are judged on.

  • Cost per purchase or lead

Agreed up front and reported against weekly.

  • Creative fatigue, managed

Frequency and cost watched, new variants shipped before decline.

  • Signal quality

Event match quality and attributed conversions, tracked as a number.

Questions

Before you enquire

Is Meta still worth it for our category?

For ecommerce, travel, food and local services in India and the UAE, usually yes — intent is lower than search but reach and cost per thousand are far better. For narrow B2B, often not, and we will say so.

Do we need the Conversions API, or is the pixel enough?

The pixel alone loses a meaningful share of events to browser and iOS restrictions. CAPI recovers much of that. On any account spending seriously, it is not optional.

How much creative do you need from us?

None, if you prefer. We produce static, motion and short-form video. If you have an in-house team, we will brief them instead and test what they produce.

What is a realistic starting budget?

Around ₹50,000 or AED 2,500 a month in media. Below that, Meta's learning phase rarely completes and the data is too thin to optimise honestly.
